CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT

To get started, you need to create your account. Click on the green button “Create Account” at the top left of every page. This will take you to registration form where you will enter your details i.e. your name, email, phone number and password.

Once you submit your details, a welcome message and email verification link will be sent to your email, you will be required to click on the link in order to verify you email account.

SIGN IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

After you create your account, you will be automatically signed in, but in order to access your account at any other time, you will be required to sign in.

• Click on the “Sign in” button at the top left of every page. This will take you to sign in page where you will enter the emailed and password you used while creating your account.
• Check “Remember Me” option if you like to remain logged in for a period of up to 30 day on the same computer or portable device, unless you sign out.

PRODUCTS

1. ADDING NEW PRODUCT

To add new product, please follow the steps below.

• Go to your account by clicking on the “Account” link at the navigation bar.
• The first page will be displayed under your account is the “Add Product” page. You can also use the USER DASHBOARD on the right to navigate through your account pages.
• Enter the product details of your product in the form fields; ensure that you fill all the required fields.
• Submit your product by clicking on “Add New Product” button.

Your product will be submitted for review by our administrators. Once approved, the product will be displayed for a period you specified.

2. VIEWING/MANAGING YOUR PRODUCT

You can view the list of your entire products in your account under “My Product” section at the USER DASHBOARD on the right side of your account. Follow the steps below;

• Go to your account by clicking on the “Account” link at the navigation bar.
• Click on “My Products” at the USER DASHBOARD on the right side of your account. List of your products will be displayed.
• To edit your product, click on ‘Edit’ option under the Action Column.
• To delete your product, click on icon under the Action Column.

ORDERS

All products are displayed on the homepage, to order for a product, follow the steps below;

• Click on “Contact By Email” next to the product, this will take you to order form.
• Enter the details as specified in the form.
• Submit your order.

The order details will be submitted to the Seller. The seller will get an email notification concerning the order made.

If you are the seller, orders made for your product will also be displayed under your account. To view your orders, follow the steps below.

• Go to your account by clicking on the “Account” link at the navigation bar.
• Click or “Orders” at the USER DASHBOARD on the right side of your account.

OR

Simply click on orders button at the top right of every page, displayed when signed in. This will take you to the list of all orders made.

EDIT YOUR PROFILE

You can change your profile details, including your password under your account dashboard. Navigate to “My Profile” option at the USER DASHBOARD, Your details will be displayed in a form, where you can make changes and click on “Save Changes” button.

REQUEST FOR DELIVERY

To request for delivery, click on “Request Delivery” link at the navigation bar, this will be take you to delivery form where you will enter and submit your details.
